The error message "An entry with the same key already exists" suggests that you have two identically named network interfaces which is causing confusion. Consequentially, when our software starts up and examines the available network interfaces, the error occurs when the second is found.

1. Please go to Control Panel\Network and Internet

2. Click Internet Options.

3. In the Internet Properties window, click the Connections tab.

What is listed in the "Dial-up and Virtual Private Network settings" section? If you see any duplicates, please delete them. Save your changes and reboot your computer. The error message should no longer appear when our software is launched.
