Replay Media Capture 5 users might receive this error message if 1) they did not select the WinPcap or Applian Network Monitor during installation, 2) they uninstalled Replay Media Capture 4, or 3) they uninstalled WinPcap or Applian Network Monitor.


Clicking Yes to the question "Do you wish to install the recommended one now?" will start the WinPcap installation process. Remember to allow WinPcap to launch at boot time. If you wish to install the Applian Network Monitor, you can do this through Settings->Internet->Monitor and then clicking the Install Network Monitor link.


Once the network monitor of your choice is installed, go back to Settings->Internet->Monitor and click the appropriate circle button in the Ports to Monitor section.
